Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products we DO NOT offer returns or refunds. NO exceptions.

All products are photographed prior to being shipped if you've received the wrong item or length you must contact us within 12 hours of getting your package. The hair must be unused, uncut, and still have its original package.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at madebybabe.co@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted you are responsible for paying for the return postage cost. The returned hair will be evaluated for any damage or use, if used you are not eligible for an exchange and the hair will be returned to you and you will be responsible for the return postage.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
Exchanges are rare and only offered at Made by Babe's discretion. Exchanges can only be offered, not requested. If you received what you ordered, even if it not up to your expectations, you will not be offered and exchange or refund. 

Refunds
All orders are FINAL SALE. Refunds are not issued under any circumstance, please be sure to read and understand everything before you make your purchase. By purchasing anything from Made by Babe you agree and acknowledged that you have read and understood every and any kind of handling and care required for the products. You further acknowledged and understood that any damage that occurred once any package has left our facility is no longer our responsibility. All packages no matter what is sent with insurance but it is not the responsibility of Made by Babe to enact that insurance with USPS.

Taxes and Import fees

Made by Babe is not responsible for any taxes or fees for any international package. Please be sure to understand any and all import/taxes/duties your country may require you to pay before purchasing as it is not our responsibility. If packages are sent returned to Made by Babe because of any form of taxes/fees the customer is responsible for paying for shipping.
