Before you place your order, here are a few important things to know:

👱🏾‍♀️Made to Order Policy

At Made By Babe, all items are Made to Order.

 This allows us to:

• Maintain high quality
• Avoid overproduction
• Give every order the attention and care it deserves
  

Because of this, orders do not ship next day unless stated otherwise. 

And all sales are FINAL. No exception.

 

💳 Payment Processing

Once you place your order:

• Payments take up to 2 business days to process
• Orders do not begin until payment is fully processed
• Orders placed on Friday will typically begin processing on Tuesday

If you use a payment plan/installments, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for processing.

 

🛠️Processing Time

Once payment is confirmed:

• Standard processing time is 30 - 45 business days (excluding weekends & holidays)
• This does not include shipping time

After your hair arrives at Made By Babe HQ:

• We complete a full quality control inspection
• If any issue is found, the entire order is remade, which may add up to 10 weeks of processing time. On average, nearly all issues are resolved within a week.
  Once approved, your order is packaged and shipped. Tracking will be sent shortly after.

 

 

⏳ When Should You Order?

We strongly recommend ordering your hair at least 45 - 60 days in advance.

Example:

If your event is August 9th, order by May 25th to ensure timely delivery. 

However, please remember that all orders must adhere to the 30-60 Day fulfillment time. And if there are any issues found with your order, including unforeseen circumstances, and additional time of up to 10 weeks may be required.

 

🚚 Shipping

• U.S.: 1–3 business days (USPS Express 2-Day)
• Delays: During sales/holidays, expect 10-14 additional business days

 

 

❌ Returns / Cancellations

All sales are FINAL.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations.

By purchasing anything from Made by Babe, you agree and understand that all sales are final. No exceptions.

 

 

🌍 International Orders

• Flat rate shipping: $90 (insurance included)
• Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees
• Orders will not ship until full shipping costs are paid

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Made By Babe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We recommend:

• Holding your package at USPS/UPS if unavailable for delivery
• Using tracking and insurance provided

 

📍 Local Pickup

At this time, in-person pickup is not available.

 

 

🎨Coloring Your Extensions

• ✔️ Use straight pigment, semi-permanent dyes only. Redken EQ Gloss, Artic Fox, Pravana, Pulp Riot, etc...
• ✔️ ALWAYS do a strand test BEFORE coloring all of your extensions
• ✔️ Make sure your hair is being colored by a COLORIST, not just a stylist.
• ❌ NO box dye, bleach, developer, or ammonia.

Failure to follow these rules will lead to damaged hair and no refunds will be issued.

 

📌 Fulfillment Policy (IMPORTANT)

 

All orders placed with Made By Babe are subject to the following fulfillment terms:

• Orders require approximately 30–60 days (weekends are excluded) to be fulfilled
• Fulfilment is defined as IN YOUR HANDS
• In rare cases, additional fulfillment time may be required to properly complete your order

During any extended fulfillment period:

• • Refunds and cancellations are not allowed
  • No exceptions will be made

 

Additionally:

• Unforeseen circumstances may occur that require extra processing time, such as: Lack of materials, quality control or the need to remake your order
• In such cases, fulfillment may take up to 10 weeks. Refunds will not be applicable.

By placing an order with Made By Babe, you:

• Have thoroughly Read, Acknowledged and Understood everything on this page
• Agree to and accept all fulfillment terms and conditions

These policies are final and non-negotiable. There are NO exceptions. We reserve the right to update, change, and modify this information at any time without prior notification.
