How does this service work?
This is a recurring service that anyone can book weekly, monthly, or annually. To book the service you would ship your wig or hair extension to our HQ. Your hair would then receive treatment, an at-home care package to continue the regime, and a follow-up maintenance day. Follow-up maintenance is not required or enforced.
How long will this treatment take?
Treatment is rendered within 24 - 48 hours of receiving the hair extensions and returned the following business day. If hair is received on the weekend then return shipping will be the following business day.
Will I receive a take-home treatment?
Yes! Redken has created a take-home treatment which will be included for FREE with your service. This take-home treatment includes a shampoo and conditioner alongside a leave-in treatment. All products included in the take-home treatment are available for purchase on Ulta or Amazon
